BOOKING CONDITIONS

These conditions shall be incorporated in all bookings made between Westbrook House and guests.

DEPOSIT
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, a booking shall be binding on receipt of the appropriate deposit.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation for whatever reason causes loss to a small establishment and guests will be liable for the full price of the booking. Where possible we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. In any event the deposit is non-returnable.

PAYMENT
Payments for the deposit and final settlement may be made in cash or a cheque accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card. Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Rooms are available from 2.15pm and on the day of departure must be vacated by 10.00am
